Health Guarantee

Our puppies will have their dewclaws removed and will be current on their vaccinations and worming at the time of delivery or pick up.

We guarantee to age of 28 months that this dog will be free of Progressive Retinal Atrophy and will pass CERF evaluation by a board-certified ophthalmologist we guarantee to the age of 28 months that this dog will be free or Hip Dysphasia be able to gain certification on by the OFA (Orthopedic Foundation for Animals)

In the event there is a problem, we have the option of seeking a second opinion proves there or no problems present, the buyer must assume the costs incurred. If there is a problem, the purchase price of the animal will be put towards the purchase price of another animal from a comparable breeding. All return and replacement shipping expenses will be the buyer’s responsibility.

A copy of the dog’s AKC registration must be returned to us after you register him/her before this guarantee becomes valid.

The original owner listed on the bill of sale must still own the dog.

The animal must not have whelped or sired a litter.

This guarantee is not transferable.

The dog must carry the prefix name of S&Y Sunrise in its name, when registered with the American Kennel Club. For example, S&Y Sunrise Paige Of Dreams

The buyer of this dog promises to properly feed it, furnish it with adequate housing, routine veterinary care/vaccinations and not subject it to physical abuse.

This dog’s vaccinations are current and up-to-date. The next vaccinations are due ( ___________ ) and are the responsibility of the buyer.
